Terms of Service

You must be 21 or over to order from CALIZAZA BUD. By placing an order you confirm that you meet that age requirement and that receiving our products is lawful where you live.

It is your responsibility to check the rules that apply in your own jurisdiction before ordering. We cannot advise you on local law.

The product listings on this site are a menu, not an automated checkout. You browse what we carry, then contact us to place your order. We confirm availability, the final total and the payment method with you directly before anything is dispatched.

An order is only confirmed once we have replied to you and you have agreed to proceed. Nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell until that point.

Prices shown are per item in the listed unit and may change without notice. A minimum order value applies, shown on the menu pages. The final total is always confirmed with you before you pay.

We ship discreetly, with no branding on the outside of the parcel and no reference to the contents. Standard delivery takes 3–4 working days; Express is next working day.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by the carrier or by events outside our control. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, contact us and we will chase it.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is not what you ordered, contact us on Telegram with your order details. We deal with these case by case and will always put it right where the fault is ours.

Our products are sold as described on the site. We make no medical claims and offer no health advice — nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, or cure anything. Please consume responsibly.

Everything on this site belongs to CALIZAZA BUD. Please don't copy our content or images for your own commercial use. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here is the one that applies.
