When you contact us or place an order we collect the details you choose to give us — typically your name, a way to reach you (email or Telegram handle), the delivery address you want your order sent to, and a note of what you asked for.
Our website also records anonymous, aggregated page-view statistics. Those numbers tell us which pages people read; they are not tied to you as an individual.
Why we collect it
Your contact and delivery details are used for one thing: fulfilling your order and answering your questions. That is it. We do not build marketing profiles and we do not send unrelated mail.
Who sees your information
Only the people who need it to process and dispatch your order. Our delivery partners see the address on the parcel and nothing more.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Full stop.
How long we keep it
Order details are kept only as long as needed to fulfil the order and deal with any follow-up. Ask us to remove your information and we will delete it, unless we are required to keep a record by law.
